Everybody knows him and everybody loves him, Mickey Mouse is the most iconic cartoon character every made. He brings along a sense of nostalgia, so partnering with Disney on this collection was a no brainer. There is a retro vibe with these bags, they have iconic, bold graphics that speak for themselves. Along with the collection, there was a hangtag and store windows created to bring this legend to life.
hangtag development —
The hangtag needed to sit well with the variety of bags in the collection so we went with an embossed, raised spot gloss Mickey to keep things clean and streamlined.
window display —
We wanted to leverage the typography and graphic treatments from the bags and layer them with a blown up Mickey figure to make a statement and draw the attention of anyone passing by. The large hanging Mickey created depth while the offset typography showed movement. No one was running away from this mouse.
